Our story began in a small abandoned vintage studio where 4 women coincidently met, 4 women from all parts of the world, who had never met before. Unknown to them they all shared the same spirit and love for fashion. The studio they had discovered belonged to an old small fashion design company where the sweet scent of silk and satin still lingered, the musty steam from the iron flowed through the air, bundles of web-like thread swept along the surfaces, the laughter and music echoed throughout the rooms. A vision had begun here, and we had found it to bring it back to life.

 

We are aspiring, dedicated and passionate young women with one dream. A dream called Ilustre. Our designs come from fresh and innovative minds from all corners of the world and we want to bring you colour and culture by draping them into the unique garments we create just so you don’t need to travel miles to taste the wonderful essences all around us.
